No instructions but here is what I did
There were no instructions in the box, so maybe they thought whoever is buying this is smart. That wasn’t the case here. I did a YouTube search and even that person didn’t show the exact step I could not wrap my head around. You will need a four/X screwdriver – that is a Phillips one.If you have it on a mount you will want to snake it through there before you put it on because I didn’t and then couldn’t put the doorbell back on the mount so I had to do the pulling the wire through that first. You will unscrew the two screws just a smidge and then loop the two ends one on each. I don’t thiiiiink it mattered which side, and if it did – I did it the same both tries so I lucked out. Then before you put it back on the mount, check your app and battery setting should say “hardwired” for power source once you plug it in. Probably shouldn’t plug it in while you put it on the screws. But super long cord, comes with little wall hooks to keep flush to the wall. I might use those sticky ones but we’ll see. I don’t want to put a bunch of holes in the wall to the outlet.Good luck!

Oil burner 2 wire systems require this power to work.
I had purchased one of those cool thermostats for my oil baseboard heater only to find out that it wouldn’t work without power all the time for the wireless connection and display. It took just a minute or so to hook this up and provide ease of voice control of the temperature. The directions that came with the power supply were very complete and easy to follow.

Slow charge
After a week, my ring doorbell camera stopped working because the charge was at 3%. Despite it saying wired connected, I have to turn off all features for it to charge a certain percentage so it can start working as intended! Seems that this power supply does not provide enough power to keep the Ring camera operating and charging simultaneously!
