    Primitive motion detection
    Had it for a yearUnlike the C1C with human shape detection. So you get constant false alarms from things like clouds moving over, covering the sun or lights getting turned on, even at low sensitivity settings.It’s even worse at night. Any bug, dust, or leaf that flys in front of the camera will trigger an alert even at the lowest sensitivity setting. Constant false alarms.Otherwise, it’s fine. It’s exposed to rain with no issues so far. Although my other Ezviz outdoor camera, which was under a roof, no longer works with an SD card after 16 months of use C3WN

    These cameras are overall a good value for the price. The Cloud expense is prohibitive for myself and 69.99 per camera, but you can install an SD. to save recordings. Fairly easy to setup, occasional connectivity issues but they work.

    Although the item description states that these are powered over ethernet (PoE), the camera required a separate DC powered connection, which if hanging outdoors, needs a nearby power supply.

    Great…when it works
    I have several ezviz cameras on our property. Bought this model, as recommended by customer service. By far, the worst of my cameras. It continues to buffer then, times out with a failure to load msg. It is closer to the router than other cameras. When it connects, it looks great. Night vision is much improved over earlier models….when it works. Disappointed. Would not recommend!
