Great doorbell cam, just disappointed in battery
This is a great doorbell/ camera. Works just as good as the other big names, but without any fees. I did have to reach out to customer service and they were amazing! My only reason for 4 stars is because the battery life is not good/ not as advertised. I got the doorbell in May and now in Sept I have had to charge it for the 3rd time. Other then that, i have no complaints.

Connectivity issues – solved by customer service
Bought as an add-on to Eufy HomeBase 2 system that includes 3 wireless cameras. Like to try renewed electronics when available to support companies that try to reduce waste. Have had excellent connectivity with the cameras over two years. However this renewed doorbell will not stay connected to the HomeBase from more than 10 feet away, effectively rendering it useless unless the HomeBase is just inside the door with household and Ethernet outlets closeby. Customer service was very responsive, but none of the recommended troubleshooting resolved the issue. Had to return.UPDATE: Eufy customer service sent a replacement device which arrived in 2 days and works perfectly.

Not being charged fully while it is wired
Got this because it works with the existing chime (wired doorbell cams do not). Was happy with the quality until I noticed the battery level is dropping even though it is installed connected to the existing wire. I checked the transformer and it is the recommended voltage, so not sure why the battery level is going down 1% a day

I have no idea for what happened about this.
I have been using the eufy outdoor camera product for more than 2 years. It has 4 cameras and I have always liked it. Although it occasionally fails to capture humans, I think it may be due to the network, but I am still very satisfied with the image quality and battery, so I bought their doorbell. There was no problem when it was connected to the network. When we installed it, I found that the doorbell could not be fixed there and could be taken down lightly by hand, so I had to return it, but I still ordered another one of their products, hoping that the same thing will not happen. I am still quite satisfied with their products.

Installation über W-Lan ins bestehende System ohne Probleme2. Installation an der Tür gut => der mitgelieferte Winkel zur schrägen Installation könnte bei mir ein wenig schräger sein bzw. könnte man den Winkel auch verstellbar gestalten, um das Blickfeld zu vergröÃern.3. Nachtsicht ist gut, man erkennt wer vor der Tür steht, wenn jedoch die Aussenbeleuchtung angeht wird es zu hell. Kann die Klingel aber nix dafür.4.Die Batterie hat ca. 3 Monate gehalten, war aber die mitgelieferte (Alter unbekannt)Fazit: Passt perfekt zu meinem System und es besteht die Möglichkeit die Klingel ans Stromnetz zu hängen, wenn der Wechselintervall der Batterie zu klein sein sollte
