    Exact replacement
Hard to find a replacement switch for a customer. This was exactly the right switch needed.

    A house full of automation
I went overboard when I finally got the resources available to get my own house. I decided every switch, no matter how mundane, should have some sort of automation attached to it. And so, after really enjoying another brand of Z-Wave switches – they could not actually get me the stupid amount of switches I needed.I looked elsewhere, and Amazon had these available in the quantity I needed in a short time. And that’s all I had. We were moving in, and I only had a limited time to be able to swap out the house full of switches. Pulled the trigger, and the next day a giant box full of z-wave switches arrived.Installation was straightforward – do the thing if you know what you’re doing and get the switch installed. If you don’t (or can’t because of regulation/other reason) call someone. It’s an easy job. Pairing with my home automation system was straightforward and after a hard days work the switches were cycled in.These have now been running in full operation for well over 3 years. They create a wonderful z-wave mesh in my home as they are distributed throughout the house. Only one has gone bad, and it’s only bad in the sense that I can’t get the z-wave controller to disassociate cleanly or do a hard reset. The switch itself still functions as a switch.Solid product, works as advertised. There are other cooler switches – for sure. I tried several of them. But, at the end of the day I needed something that still walks/talks/acts like a real house with automation as a bonus. These do the needful.NOTE: The switches themselves do throw off guests sometimes because they are not true toggle switches, but rocker switches. They’ll get used to it fast enough, but if you’re using this for automation consider some actual automation in commonly used areas (like a guest bathroom, hallway, or other areas)

    Nice.
I put this on my neo alarm with adc I really the control. And the scheduling. Amazon has the same one says jasco on the switch and the instructions for less money. Bought that one to try it out too.

    Good switch
Replaced a faulty one that was only two years old. Hopefully this one will last longer. Setup and installation was a breeze. Liked that it gave an extra off white plate.

I could not get it to pair with my Z-wave system.
The unit would not enter pairing mode. I reset the unit successfully, but it still would not pair–even with the further method provided on-line. Compared to other types that pair very easily, I cannot recommend this for use with Z-Wave.

Works Eventually, but Setup Was Frustrating
The Enbrighten Z-Wave Plus Smart Switch eventually worked as intended, but it took numerous resets and re-linking attempts before it would successfully connect with ADT Pulse. The setup process was far more time-consuming and frustrating than I expected for a device like this.Once connected, it functions well and integrates smoothly with the system. However, the initial hassle detracts from the overall experience. If you’re patient and willing to troubleshoot, it’s a decent option, but be prepared for some setup challenges.
