    I bought an ELEGRP smart dimmer switch for our kitchen. I loved the quality of the device, what was included and, most important, the functionality in the app. I have since bought 3 more dimmer switches, 3 of these smart switches, 2 smart plugs and finally 4 of the standalone smart plugs. They are all excellent and I now have all of the smart stuff in one app. I can put outdoor lights on timers or schedules with ease and also control them while outside. I also like how easy it is to add family members to also access the app.

    Works great
    This was easy to install and set up through the app. I liked how you don’t have to have a home hub setup and can just operate this independently through the app. The app also updated the firmware once installed. Please note that this does not have a ground attached to the side, rather, a ground wire running from the back. I also liked how the lever can be pressed from either the top or bottom to turn the switch on/off.

    Great product, What’s issues
    A great product when it works correctly, but I had to buy extra plugs because some of the plugs we bought didn’t work. Straight out of the box and they did not work. Also, some of the switches just turn off arbitrary on their own. Overall, it’s a nice product

    Shuts off randomly and stops working entirely
    Dealt with one which stopped working (faint light indicator but no function) luckily within return window. Figured it could be a one-off issue but it happened again, this time right after the return period closed. I bought two, the other one still works but shuts off randomly.

    Switch looks nice and elegant however, switch tends to turn off by itself when. It wants to. Some times it will stay in and sometimes it turns off after a few seconds.
