    Stopped functioning correctly after an hour
    I got these for my son’s room and he was so excited to put them up but ultimately disappointed after they stopped working after only an hour. What I mean by that is, after we hung the lights around his ceiling, the remote stopped working. And the app was even worse. The Bluetooth kept disconnecting and not changing colors bc it wouldn’t connect but only for a minute or less each time. Also- these get hot so quick, within 5 mins of having them on, which doesn’t seem very safe to me. I got these bc it was 100 ft for $10 but you get what you pay for in this instance.EDIT: after reaching out to customer service they 100% made it right. They sent a new remote and adapter, literally got it the next day and remote works amazing & adapter no longer gets hot. That’s what made my review go from 1 star to 5. Great customer service.

    Prefect to add to your place!
    I put these up across the top of my living room, dining, and kitchen. Another on my patio, and the 50ft in my bedroom. There are so many colors and settings. I can control from my phone or remote. They were so easy to put up. They are add ambiance to the rooms. For the price, you can’t go wrong. I’m so happy I bought these. Oh, and if you have extra, you can cut it off without causing any issues! I highly recommend!!!

    Great Value, Great Look, Easy to Install. Only thing preventing a full 5 stars is the remote isn’t working so they are stuck on the red mode and don’t dance or change colors. I should contact manufacturer about this. They were way to install and stay on the wall nicely!!!

    Easy to install, long-lasting.
    These are great. Especially for $9. I bought 100ft for my son’s bedroom, when in fact I only needed about 80, so I just cut the excess off. It is accurate when the description says cuttable. People just need to understand that when they cut them, the excess will not work, but the length that you have installed on the wall and plugged in will STILL work. That’s what they mean by cuttable. How could someone expect the excess to still work when they’re not connected to an outlet. Just be sure to cut in the middle of the gold strips, which are placed about every 19-20 inches along the strip.If someone doesn’t want to cut the strip and waste the excess, you can always overlap until it’s used up.Also, if you need to reconnect after cutting, you will need another 4pin connector. This is kind of a pain in the butt though. Hope this helps! 🙂

    Easy but not that bright
    I kind of regret buying this, I was trying to get really bright led lights because my previous ones were not bright at all, and these are somewhat of a let down, the color is great you can create your own and stuff but the brightness isn’t enough for me. Also on top of that the remote control broke a week after using, when I say they broke it just stopped working so now they are stuck on red, fortunately there is no blinking or anything of that sort but I’m just dissatisfied.

    Could be worse
    Not the best quality but to be expected with cheap LEDs, the app is a great feature and works well for me. I learned the hard way you can’t make 90 degree corners or else it will break the connections.
