    I purchased reconditioned electronic devices before which usually worked fine. In this case it did not work out. The camera looked nice and was easy to set up but the Pan/ Tilt settings would not take. Furthermore, it came with a sloppy fitting and obviously well used power cord. The camera was working for a short time until it turned itself off and would not turn on again. A new better fitting power cord did not help. Regrettable it had to be returned.

    This product is outdated and support is no longer available. This product was bound to another D-Link account and will NOT reset to factory settings. No happy about this!!! Can not find anyway to get support. Amazon needs to bolder responsible for this junk. I have 4 other D-link cameras never had this problem.

    Love the pan feature
    Camera is great. Love that you can view from a desktop. Use it to keep an eye on my pups. Pretty good quality picture as well. Audio is okay. Also helped me “win” an argument haha. Was able to pull the video and we could make out the audio fine. Will purchase again if I need another.

    This model camera has been classified as unsupported as of 02.01.2023.
    I’ve used this brand camera(s) before( an earlier model). They worked great. Very good picture quality, along with great audio pick up. The feature I like most was the ability to pan the camera to the area I wanted to focus on. Set up was easy. Access to recordings was easy. Sensitivity settings was quite an additional asset.After purchasing 2 of these, I spent more time than I want to admit to try to set them up to record. Never worked. Only after a long conversation with tech support did I find out the the became ‘unsupported’ 02.01.2023. Which means they will not record. Not acceptable for me.If you want a good camera that has great daytime picture quality, great audio quality, two way voice (slightly delay), and the ability to pan to the area you want to focus on, without the ability to record, then these are for you.

    Outdated with no support, did not work as advertised.
    I bought two since they looked like a good value for the price. They both worked as simple cameras but neither one would detect motion, send notifications, or record video. When I contacted D-Link customer support they said this model camera was no longer supported and these funtions would not work. I returned both to Amazon since they did not fuction as advertised.
