    So far mostly pleased
    Purchased twenty smart bulbs. Set up was easy. Programs for controlling lights tend to work as advertised but occasionally one or two of them will not light up and/ or turn off. Several times I’ve lost connection (light bulb off-line). Have reached out to Cree Lighting to help but can’t reach anyone. Only two emails telling me they’re busy and will get back with me. No one has. Overall though I’m pretty pleased with these lights. For the most part they are doing what I intended for them to do.

    Poor instructions and non existent support. The ad claims Bluetooth but nothing notes in instructions. Other than that, with the iPhone app it works fine

    WARNING: does not recognize some Alexa commands! This filament is VERY harsh.
    There are about 7 or 8 preset white-colors on the app screen. They work fine–from the app. When asking Alexa for “Candlelight”, it assigns an arbitrary Kelvin color that is not even close to the preset. When asking for “Daylight”, it does not even recognize the setting.Alexa is useless for the color settings. About every third time I ask for ANY adjustment on “Den Bulb”, Alexa says it doesn’t know that device.My SengLED bulb responds perfectly. I only bought this Cree version because I wanted to try an Edison-LED filament. Speaking of which I’m not a fan of this filament in an LED. Very harsh and irritating compared to incandescent Edison bulbs, which are the complete opposite. Incandescent version are soft, warm, and soothing. The difference may be true of any brand LED, but it sure is with this one.

  7. I bought one today for my room when I got home I set up the app then installed the bulb I did as it said and it wouldn’t connect,turn on, NOTHING. I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong if it’s just the bulb. –

    Don’t buy.
    I bought it got the app and everything put it in my ceiling. Doesn’t work. I tried taking it out putting it back in, turning on and off. Still nothing. I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong or if it’s just the bulb.

    Would/will buy again. Awesome bulbs that actually work.
    I have a fixture that requires a specific size bulb (A19). Standard size bulbs are too big. Any ‘non-smart’ dimmable LED Edison-style bulbs would eventually flash or skitz out at the highest brightness. This was after a matter of weeks, not months. Tried 4 different brands.These bulbs have worked flawlessly so far. For a similar price, these include smart home/alexa integration. Setup was simple if you have done any smart home devices before. I’ll definitely get some of their other bulbs in the future.
