    Nice bulbs
Great bulbs but only work with Bluetooth. Not able to control with WiFi when away from home. The different colors are nice

Easy to set up and effective! Highly recommend.
I got some of these in a google home bundle for Christmas and I wanted some more so I decided the get these, which are more lumens and wattage than the bulbs I previously had. I wasn’t too sure about buying more because of the reviews on here but I noticed everyone’s gripe seems to be with the GE app. I personally use my google home app and it takes 5 seconds to set up each bulb, literally. Super easy and convenient. Highly recommend. No need to download the GE app if you already have an Alexa or google home app. Brightness is awesome and adjustable to other hues (daylight, ivory, candle light, etc)

They work great, but spyware required.
I’m using these with just the app on my phone and a regular wall switch. They work great for the most part. It’s a little annoying that the bulbs lose track of time if you turn them off using a regular wall switch. You have to connect with the app to get the automation back on track. This would also be true after a power outage. What I find infuriating is that the app forces you to turn location on to do anything. The only reason for this is to collect data for GE. There’s absolutely no reason an app needs location data to turn on a light bulb. I only turn on location when I need it, so that’s two extra steps every time I use the app just because GE wants to spy on customers.

Very buggy, needs a lot of work
Lots of problems. would not pair with nexus 6p with android 7 or an iphone. Look at reviews in android store – not an uncommon occurrence. app only allows one on and off per day so basically you cant set it to come on when you wake up, off when you go to work and then back on at night and off when you sleep.Expensive smart led light that most of the time is just a dumb led light. Buy one of those until they get this working. Nothing like spending $50 to be a tester.

    they are perfectly good.
The app sometimes has trouble connecting to the bulbs, and sometimes it even logs out of the account. Otherwise, they are perfectly good.

Awesome concept; seem great so far!
Love the “Follow the Sun” setting. The app on my android phone didn’t connect to the bulbs reliably. But it connects like a champ to my old iPhone5, so that’s what I keep around in the living room to adjust the lights if we need to. But, they’re pretty self-sufficient on the “follow the sun” timers, so we don’t often need to adjust. We like the circadian benefits so much we bought another set for our stairwell lights. Seems to work pretty well. Now that we’re using the PM setting in the living room while we decompress at night, my husband and I both have been getting to sleep easier when we hit the sack.

Love having Alexa control my lights!!
I am handicapped and love being able to tell Alexa to turn off den lamp as I leave the room and as I walk toward bedroom saying “Alexa turn on bedside lamp” before I get to the room! This is a safety bonus for me and I love it!

These bulbs work as standard light bulbs but wouldn’t pair with Alexa and even had issues updating the firmware , not worth the hassle
