    Really like this door bell with chime.
    I have had another brand for several years and I was never happy with the picture quality. Installed easy and set up was quick.Linking the chime was simple, battery life seems to be really good.NOTE: you should install so that it is not subjected to rain. This was the second one I purchased, first one was returned because it got wet and wouldn’t charge.

    Died after 7 months
    The doorbell does not ring or notify the app and the chime does not connect to the doorbell. Both items died after ~7 months. Save your time and money, buy a different brand. Arlo support is terrible. After going through their support chat service, I was told I would receive a follow up email with instructions to try 4 additional troubleshooting steps (even though the product is clearly defective. Likely the wifi transmitter) . The email never came and I cannot get anyone from support to help or resend the email. Terrible warranty service too! I will not be buying another Arlo product.

    Great product support
    Im not tech savvy, and I had trouble getting my new video doorbell synced with our wireless router. I called customer support and a very nice and patient customer service rep walked me through it successfully.

    After reviewing the doorbell cameras this one seemed to fit the bill for us, you do have to pay a subscription for the cloud which isn’t too bad for one device. The camera works well, the image is good and the battery has been pretty good too. The app is great the only thing that does seem a bit of a palaver not sure if it is just my phone but when trying to answer the door on your phone (IOS) it seems to be automatically on mute so I have to unmute it.

    Excellent clear picture but I had to You Tube how to set it up, as it didn’t come with any instructions.Battery life is around a month, but you can keep track via the app. It takes around 2-3 hrs to fully charge.I would recommend this product.
