battery wish it could be better, after 1 month needed charging

I’ve had this for less than a year and it is a dud. It’s being used indoors and used only occasionally. Late this summer the battery charge started lasting only a few days. Twice I received over one hundred low battery email notifications, then on the third attempt after charging, I received over 450 low battery email notifications. At that point I cancelled my subscription. A few days ago I decided to give it one more chance after a firmware update. The battery lasted a day and this morning I woke up to over one hundred low battery email notifications. Needless to say, I cancelled my subscription. It was a total waste of money and I’m very disappointed in this product.

Después de menos de 4 años de uso ha dejado de cargar la batería. Arlo hasta la fecha no tiene soporte en México por lo que no hay manera de grabar video de ninguna manera ni de elegir zonas para mandar notificaciones de movimiento. Con el uso de un proxy de EEUU alguna vez logré tener el período gratis de soporte pero a la hora de querer pagar nunca se pudo validar el pago. No tiene sentido su venta en México además de que su precio es elevado. Actualmente ya existen opciones mucho más baratas, en las que se pueden aprovechar mejor todas las funcionalidades.
