Great Camera but one had a defect. Agent Julie resolved and made it a 5 🌟 Experience!
After watching multiple reviews I decided to go with this option and from opening to the setup process everything was pretty impressive and easy to understand. Very smooth process so I’d say 10/10 for ease of setup. Camera is a great build, the features are awesome, built in siren, decent 2 way audio, covers a wide angle and alerts are pretty quick.The issue however as can ben seen in the photos attached is that after setup one of the cameras displays everything with a red hue. The camera doesn’t appear to be damaged externally so if it is it would be an internal thing or hopefully something a software update can fix. In the night however, the camera works fine and only displays this way in the day time. I’m assuming the infrared lights or something of the sort is stuck on which is what causes the red imagery during the day time.I’ve contacted Aosu’s customer support via the app (the app is also very easy to navigate 9/10) who responded almost immediately. I’ve sent them the images as proof as well as the model number, etc and have asked for assistance/guidance with resolving the issue or having it replaced. They’ve asked me to give them 12-24 hours to get back to me. 14 hours in so should hear back soon. I’ll update then. Without this defect I’d say to anyone it’s a pretty solid option, easy to setup, app is easy to navigate, camera quality is crisp but I’m sure you can understand the disappointment having been looking forward to getting the product only for it to now have this defect.UPDATE: After reaching out to customer service, an amazing agent by the name of Julie agreed one ofnthe cameras did indeed have a defect and offered to send a replacement camera, no additional cost to me and also no need to return the defected camera. Camera arrived in a matter of days. I have not currently been able to set up adn test as yet due to being away for work but regardless of this I think the customer service received deserves 5 stars. 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 For Julie 👏🏽 I’d buy any product this company has if this is the level of customer service consistently delivered!

GOOD PRICE
I bought this system to replace my Arlo system. Arlo went up in price and we’re charging a monthly fee, so I decided to give this a try. Ok, all in all, I really like it. The solar panels work really good, cameras have stayed pretty much fully charged. Design is nice, app is easy to use, pictures are clear and you can zoom them. Actually really nice set up. So here is what I do not like about these first thing is Arlo picks up motion a lot faster, so there is a delay in getting a alarm that someone is there probably about 20 seconds, which doesn’t sound like a lot but it actually is, Arlo was faster. 2nd issue is, it only picks up people and bigger things. It will not register cats, foxes,etc. The Arlo camera picked all this up. I really miss that feature. Now, would I buy again, yes, but if I had extra money to blow I would go with Arlo. If you don’t care about seeing animals and etc. than buy this. It’s cheaper, easy to use, and good quality. I also believe this camera has a better range, especially for live zooming, the pic is crystal clear. Hope that helps

My first solar recharging experience turns to be good. Camers are easy to install but don’t use a too strong tool for the screws because the mounting brackets are plastic, delicates. Use a drill first like the instructions. I didn’t drill because the screws are small and almost went through. Testing the wifi reach is basic. Apllication is very useful with the intelligent scene. Camera is clear with more view and sensibility that the manufacturer says. Solar panels are efficient and discreet, my batteries are still 99% after a month of use. Had a problem with one camera that customer service on the app helped me solve without delays (texting aid in the bottom right of app). Alerts works perfect and alarm is a screamer. For me, definitively a very good product ratio quality price.

Nach langer Überlegung habe ich mich dazu entschlossen, dieses Set zu kaufen.Grund dafür waren u.a. 2 Kameras mit Solarpanel, sowie Basisstation für lokale Aufnahmen und WLANAlso am 11.05.23 bestellt und schon am nächsten Tag erhalten.Zuerst habe ich mir die App auf meinem Handy installiert.Basisstation an den Router per Kabel angeschlossen und los gelegt.Man wird hier recht einfach durch die Installation und das einbinden der Kamerasgeführt. Ist für mich ziemlich selbsterklärend gewesen.Am Wochenende hatte ich dann die Positionen ausgesucht, wo die Kameras hängen sollen undauch diese mit dem Zubehör und sogar mit den mitgelieferten Schrauben und Dübel befestigt.Ich kann nur sagen, super Bild, auch in der Dunkelheit völlig ausreichend.Da auch noch eine Außenbeleuchtung mit Bewegungssensor habe, brauche ich das zusätzlicheLicht der Kamera nicht.Genial finde ich die Gegensprechanlage, so das man auch schnell mal Kontakt mit der Person aufnehmen kann, welche z.B. vor der Haustür steht.Auch die Einstellung bezüglich Datenschutz (schwarze Balken) für die Bereiche, die nicht aufgezeichnet werden sollen und dürfen ist super praktisch.Allerdings würde ich mir hier noch mehr Zonen wünschen, außer die jetzigen 2, die eingestellt werden können.Beim Bewegungssensor / Bereich können auch 3 Zonen eingestellt werden.Hier hat man sogar mehrere Ziehpunkte um das ganze individueller zu gestallten.Bei den Datenschutzzonen sind es nur 4 Punkte, die als Quadrat / Viereck gezogen werden können.Das auslösen der Kameras (bei mir Personen erkennen) funktioniert recht gut und die Meldung kommt Zeitnah.Die Kameras können auch Zeitgesteuert werden.Hier hat man allerdings momentan nur die Möglichkeit, die Kameras in den Schlafmodus zu setzen und bei eingestellter Zeit werden diese wieder aktiviert.Aber in dieser Zeit ist dann auch kein Live-Bild möglich.Wünschen würde ich mir noch die Einstellmöglichkeit den Bewegungssensor Zeit zu steuern, ohne das die Kameras in den Schlafmodus gehen.Aber ich bin mir sicher, das dies der Support nachliefert.So einen netten und schnellen Support habe ich selten erlebt und es macht regelrecht Spaß.Als Beispiel nenne ich mal folgende Situationen:Am Bestelltag gab es das Set zu einem gewissen Preis abzüglich einem 90 Euro Coupon.2-3 Tage hatte sich der Preis nochmal um 30 Euro reduziert.Kurz den Support angeschrieben und sogar die 30 Euro noch gut geschrieben bekommen – TopDes Weiteren hatte eine Kamera von mir extreme Nebengeräusche beim Live Video oder Aufzeichnungen.Ebenfalls den Support angeschrieben, Video beigefügt und 3 Tage später hatte ich eine Ersatzlieferung.Auch ist der Support offen für Vorschläge und somit besteht vielleicht die Möglichkeit, das ein Wunsch in einem Update auch mal erfüllt wird.Also ich bin vom P/L Verhältnis Mega zufrieden und kann das Set nur empfehlen.Reicht für meine Zwecke vollkommen aus.

Hallo, habe das AOSU 2K Überwachungskamera Solar System jetzt seit ca. 8 Monaten in Gebrauch.Tolles System für einen guten Preis. Da das System eine Homebase hat werden die Aufnahmen auf einer Festplatte (ca.30gb) gespeichert, diese können jederzeit wieder abgerufen werden oder runtergeladen Handy/ Pc usw. gut zum weitergeben der Daten wenn man was verdächtiges entdeckt ;-)! Dank der Base kein Abo Zwang. Die Inbetriebnahme ist auch super einfach und dank der Solar Panele keine Sorgen um die Energieversorgung. Das System gibt sehr schnelle Rückmeldungen wenn Bewegung erkannt wird. Hier gibt es sehr viele Einstellungsmöglichkeiten wegen Zonen oder Erfassungsbereich.Je nachdem was man für eine Smartwatch nutzt bekommt man da sogar das Bild von dem Ereignis sehr cool. Auch die Aufnahmen haben eine tolle Qualität 2k oder SD wie man mag, da kann man echt was mit anfangen. Die Gegensprechanlage funktioniert auch gut, getestet mit dem Hotel Wlan in der Türkei. Wenn man Fragen oder Probleme hat kann man sich immer an den Service über die App wenden. Toller Service und schnelle Problembewältigung. Würde AOSU wieder kaufen, bin super zufrieden und man fühlt sich sicherer^^
