    I like the design and how easy to install. The only critic will be that the screw holes didn’t line up with the Pro2. And the foam provided keeps falling while I’m putting it together.The 145 degrees angle is perfect!

    Was working great but the bottom screw has stripped and need a replacement. Ring camera is not locked in due to this problem. Can I get a new screw sent to me or tell me where I can get one since it is not a common screw. ThanksUpgraded to 5 stars for seller reaching out to me and sending me a whole new item to resolve my issue. Quick with their respond and delivery. Would highly recommend to purchase from this seller. Thank you

    Cheap. Not well constructed. Looks much better than it actually in fact is!They give you a bunch of black foam wedges to get you ring to fit in their one size fits all housing. I bought it for the angle adjustabilty. I am sorry I bought it! Again, not quality. Don’t buy it!!

    Love hate relationship
    I have a similar case on my front ring doorbell and I love it. I decided I wanted to get a ring doorbell for my back door and went to get the same case, but it was no longer sold. This was as close as I could find, but it’s so subpar. It rotates back and forth and if you even even slightly brush it, it moves the whole doorbell. Because I charge my doorbell, I have to get it out on occasion to charge it. To get your doorbell out of this case, the screw is on the bottom. I have to be a contortionist to get under it and good luck seeing the screw to unscrew it. No idea how this passed an R&D team, but I doubt it went through that process.I’m giving 3 stars because I’m glad they had a product I could use, as I have a very narrow opening between trim to hang the doorbell. I would not be able to hang the doorbell on its own without this product, so for that alone, I’m grateful. But this one needs serious improvement. If I ever see another one like my old one, I would definitely spend the money to swap out.

    I so love that things I purchase do exactly what they are advertised to do. All the parts arrived and even extras, it was easy to assemble and install. One disadvantage that is a bit of a pity for me: it is not possible to pin the desired angle of the device with a small screw after you achieved it.
