    USB-Powered Lights With Multiple Control Options
    This is an interesting set of hexagonal-shaped lights which can be arranged into many different patterns. The lights can be controlled via local control buttons, an included infrared remote control, or the Tuya iPhone app which provides many more options as well as automatic on-off time settings. The lights are powered from any standard USB-A power source.The current Amazon listing price of $30 (with coupon) represents a reasonable value for this item.

    Cool, fun and colorful
    These hexagon wall lights have more of a 3-D shape to them. You will need to watch how you connect them so that your power and color flow correctly. They look cool and are different than the other ones you see out there. I also like they work with Alexa.

    These hexagon lights are pretty nice and work well. They don’t stick to all walls though, I was unable to use them in my bathroom, but they worked well in another room. They respond extremely well to sound and work perfectly.

    PAY ATTENTION TO ARROWS
    Packaged well enough, 9pc of HEX lights with control / power module, VHB tape for adhering to surfaces ( I was going to use museum tape), and a USB cable…no adapter though….Make sure it fits there standards of 7.5w which is easily achieved with most adapters delivering at least 5v @2amps = 10wFollow the instructions, I initially left a bad review because I didn’t realize that little interconnects must contain I2C controllers. If they don’t face the correct direction, they will not transmit the signal properly.I opted to hang these up with museum tape, careful with either tape, they will damage your drywall if you yank on them.Don’t bother with the remote, install the app, the remote is useless. The Smart Life app contains the ability to control so many aspects of the lights and to create your own patterns. It’s not the most intuitive, but you will figure it out after some experimentation.The color is good, they are a little washed out, and I find this to be true of most RGBW LEDs.The shell of the light is tough, I had accidentally dropped it, and reconfiguring the lights you have to use a bit of force. It all holds up quite well. I will be buying another set to fill the space of my wall more.

    pay attention to the arrows
    Pay attention to the arrows on the connectors when setting this up. They need to point to the next light as they move away from the controller. If you get these wrong, you’ll get inconsistent and frustrating results. Once you have it setup, you can make some pretty cool patterns, especially with the Smart Life app.A stronger adhesive tape may be needed to keep these on the wall. Mine fell off a few times. They seem to be sticking now but we’ll see for how long.

    Not worth it
    The idea is fun, however, you should look elsewhere for this product. The main block worked when I first plugged it in. I attached a few of the other blocks which worked initially too, then all the blocks stopped working (lights no longer came on). There was an electrical smell after they stopped working. None of the lights worked again after than.

    Die Smart Hexagon LED Light Panels sehen wirklich toll aus, und die Farben sowie die Einstellungsmöglichkeiten über die App sind super. Auch die Steuerung per Alexa klappt problemlos.Allerdings war die Haftung auf meiner rauen Wand ein kompletter Reinfall – sie halten einfach nicht. Jetzt stehen die Panels stattdessen auf meinem Regal, was auch gut aussieht, aber ich hätte sie lieber an der Wand gehabt.Fazit: Tolle Lichter, aber nur empfehlenswert, wenn die Wand glatt genug ist.

    I ordered these led hexagon light panels to put up in my office/retro room.You recieve 9 hexagon led panels which then clip together to make a pattern of your choosing. You do need to make sure that they are fitted together in the right direction.I did find them a bit fiddly to clip together as sometimes they would not light which meant unclipping and reclipping that unit. So I was testing them as I went until they all lit up.They are easy to use either by using the app or the remote. The app gives the best control of the lighting and allows you to add either alexa or google voice control.I found the lights to be bright enough in my room which is pretty dark anyway as its north facing.I set my lifting to be controlled by sound which makes it more interesting than just a pattern.Quite expensive but other than the fiddly connectors works well.

    Dieses Leuchtmittel hat ein hervorragendes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.Es lässt sich leicht zusammen stecken und es hat unendlich viele Lichteffekte.Auch über Alexa zu steuern , mit App oder Fernbedienung. Die Leuchtpanele sind ziemlich groß und mit 3 D Effekt.Wir haben 2 Packete genommen , um unsere Wand zu gestalten.Für Rauhfasertapete empfehle ich immer 3 M Aufkleber gibt es günstig bei Amazon .Die beiliegenden Klebepads habe ich nicht verwendet, daher kann ich zum Klebeefekt nichts sagen.Habe schon 2 weitere als Weihnachtsgeschenk bestellt.

    These lights are a real statement piece in our study – they provide a nice ambient light that can be changed and animated depending on your mood. They come well packaged in a simple box with everything you need to set them up – a refreshing change from some of the bulky excessive packaging I’ve come across recently, so a definite bonus on the sustainability front. If you wanted to you could design a large artwork with multiple sets – this is on my to-do list at some point in the future!
