    better then i thought!!!
    I love it. we order it because we moved into our new townhome recently and was receiving a lot of packages plus our middle schooler locks the door in the morning. it records video footage up to 30seconds and store them. the charger last awhile and it is a really great product. it stuck on our door from with no problem and easy to install. the door bell ringer was a plus and we can here it from downstairs.

    Bad product. Horrible customer service
    I never had a camera doorbell before, so I was not sure what to expect, but based upon my experience with Aiwit, I would never do it again. Maybe other brands are not the same, but the Aiwit product is horrible and their customer service even worse.The install and set up had their problems but I eventually got the device to work.In using it, I get notification of movement at my door an hour or two after it occurs – not ideal, but something I resigned to live with.The big issue is the battery charge. About every 4 days, I have to recharge the battery. (Not every few months as they indicate.) So I am constantly taking in the device and plugging it in. I charge it for more than 24 hours and while it has never indicates it reached a full charge, I put it back out – for another 4 or so days. (So it is not working about 20% of the time.)I contacted Aiwit customer service and they said I must be getting too much activity. As I averaged less than 3 events every day, I did not think that was the issue.I complained some more and they eventually assumed the batteries I got were defective. Instead of offering to replace them, they told me the make and model of batteries I could buy on Amazon. I did that and then could not figure out how to change the battery on the device so I contacted Aiwit customer service again and this time they told me I am not able to change the battery on this device.I do not need the batteries they had me buy and the battery that came with the unit will never improve!They have since told me if I do not like the unit, I can try returning it to the seller. I will work on that next.

    The video doorbell simply doesn’t connect to the phone, despite many attempts. Despite being bought in Amazon.de, one has to return it to the USA (no idea why; and good luck trying to find a carrier to take it, since it is dangerous goods, due to the battery)…
