What WiFi networks can the video doorbell connect to?

The doorbell camera is optimized for 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks but it is NOT compatible with 5GHz Wi-Fi.

If you are using 5G router, please select the 2.4Ghz channel

What’s the charging protocol for this wireless video doorbell?

The doorbell supports charging via a DC 5V1A or 5V2A charger with Type-C interface. It is recommended that the doorbell be fully charged for 8-10 hours.

Fast charging is not supported.The app shows the battery level for your convenience.
