What do 6 seconds of cloud storage recording and 7 days of coverage mean?

When motion is detected, this security camera automatically records 6 seconds of video and stores it in the cloud for 7 days. On the 8th day, the video from the first day will be overwritten.

Can I share my security camera with others?
