How to control multiple sets with one remote control?
1. disconnect the plug from the power supply; 2. connect the plug to the power supply; 3. within five seconds after switching on, long press the “Brightness-” button until the lights flash. 4. repeat this process for other sets of cob led strip.
The red signal indicator on the remote control is on, but the LED strip is not working. What should I do?
Please finish the pairing process:

The surface of the strip has a silicone shell, so is it waterproof? Can it be used outdoors?
Unfortunately not. The silicone shell on the COB strip light only covers the lamp beads and does not wrap the entire strip, so for outdoor use it does not reach the IP65 level, it is only IP20.

Why did I fail to connect with the app?
Please check if you have downloaded the correct app. It is only compatible with Lepro+ app, please type the entire name including the “+” when you search in the app store. ( Do NOT download the “Lepro LampUX” app which is not compatible).
Do I have to turn on Wi-Fi and Bluetooth before connecting?
Yes, both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth must be turned on before connecting. Otherwise, it may cause you to not search for the device or fail to connect. It’s also best to keep both on during use to ensure proper functionality.
Why does the connection fail even when I turn on the Wi-Fi?
Please check if you are using 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. Only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. (NOT support 5Ghz)
After turning on Bluetooth and Wi-Fi at the same time for the first pairing, do I still need to keep them on?
Once paired, you can control the bulb via Wi-Fi only or Bluetooth + mobile data within the signal range. If you only turn on Bluetooth, you will only be able to control color changes.
Why can’t the old “Lepro LampUX” APP be used anymore?
In order to comprehensively improve users’ experience, we developed the “Lepro+” APP by using a new architecture and incorporated a new AI Generated Lighting algorithm. The old one no longer supports the functions of current product.
