    I had originally left a 1 star review because one bulb refused to stay connected and I was constantly having to reset it or just unplug the light. Immediately, the seller reached out and asked for more information when I explained in more detail what was wrong they asked for a picture of the product batch number and said they wanted to send a replacement right away. I bought the product in November and they agreed the bulb should have stopped working so quickly. The seller was polite, generous and kind. It was so refreshing and amazing to receive so much help! Changed to 5 stars because as soon as they knew there was issue they jumped to fix it.

    I’m impressed!
    I needed to replace my KASA bulbs which stopped responding, all of them, all at once, no explanation despite fiddling with the software. I decided life is too short, I’m DONE with that brand, tossed them, and took a chance on these. First off, I’ve always like SmartLife compatible products- I’ve had the least amount of trouble with those. Usually when setting up a device in the SmartLife app, I’ve been used to it taking a little bit of fiddling- maybe 5 to 10 minutes tops, then finally the devices shows up and works and is never a problem again. With these bulbs, I turned the switch on and off 3 times slowly- and poof, they showed up in the SmartLife app and just worked. One of the most effortless smart-bulb setups ever. These are also a little brighter and more colorful than the KASAs they replaced. These do the job, better than the more expensive bulbs they replaced and I’m very pleased.

    The older smart bulbs I had were very dim, and even moreso than I realized after getting these. My ceiling fan only had a socket for a single bulb but these light the whole room up. All of the colors looked fantastic as well!

    We put those on the front porch and programmed them to turn on at sunset until 11 p.m. Setting up the program was very easy. I haven’t changed the colour or explored other functionality, but the fact that we have the lights on a timer and can turn them on and off easily through Alexa is already enriching our lives.
