    Works nicely
    We already had one so we bought a second one for our Christmas lights to be on a schedule. Works well, and Alexa connects to the app. The set up is easy. The circular shape helped us fit it in our outdoor plug box.

    I got this to set my lights up on a timer. They come on and off when I set. It was super easy to set up, the app is easy to navigate. I like that there’s also a physical button you can use to turn the plug off and on, if you don’t want to mess with the app. This plug works great and I have no problems with it. Super happy with this item!

    Takes up too much outlet space, button in bad location, and constant light
    I have other smart plugs that are rectangular and I can fit two on one outlet. These round smart plugs take up too much space so only one smart plug fits on the outlet. You can still plug in something else in the other outlet if the plug is not too bulky or big, but you can’t fit another of these round smart plugs.Another thing I don’t like is the on/off button is on the side, which is a bad location for this round shape. It’s hard to see the button if it’s plugged in an outlet where the button is facing a corner and it’s easy to accidently press it often when plugging it in and taking it out because that’s where you naturally grip the plug. The other rectangular smart plugs that I have also have the power button on the side but it’s rectangular so I naturally grip the narrow part which is the top and bottom so I never touch the power button. It would be better if the power button was on the top for this round shape.Another bad feature is the constant shining light after syncing this to the app. Before syncing to app there’s no light when it’s plugged in and off. The light only turns on when you press the side button to manually turn it on and there’s a red light when it’s on. But after syncing it to your app, then there’s a constant blue light on all the time when the plug is off. There’s no way to get rid of this standby blue light; which wastes electricity. So the light is blue when off and red when it’s on. Normally it would be reversed. I have many other devices that use red as the indicator that it’s off, so I would think red means off and blue is on. But it would be even better if it didn’t have the standby light at all and only has a light when it’s on like all my other smart plugs.The good part about this is it was easy to install or sync. I really like that it allowed me to use the Smart Life app because I have other brands on that app. So it’s great that I don’t have to use solely their app, so it doesn’t junk up my phone with more unnecessary apps.Overall it works as intended but all these things makes me not want to use it, so I’ll only use it if there’s no other options left and I won’t be getting any more like it.

    “Not so” Smart Plug
    This smart plug worked perfectly on the first day; after that, the appliance would not power on and off even though the plug did. I deleted and reset the plug a few times but it never worked with the appliance.I decided to purchase another brand. Unable to return because I threw away the box thinking everything was good.

    WORKS GREAT
    I took awhile to actually use this because I was intimidated and afraid I wouldn’t understand this tech stuff. However, finally I got the courage to try it and I’m so glad I did! Connecting and Installing literally took like 5 min! And it worked like a charm! With Alexa! It’s not too big in size pretty decent. If applying behind furniture however, it will definitely leave or cause a gap in between. Because it is very thick In wideness. Nonetheless it works like a charm super easy to install and I’ve yet to lose connection. 10/10!

    Works great, easy to combine with Alexa
    I ordered this to control a fan from another room, and it is serving its purpose well. I especially liked that this plug uses the Smart Life app, as I am already using that app for other devices and it doesn’t require unnecessary permissions on Android. I am very wary of random apps and don’t see the need to control every device with a different, questionable app. This plug was very easy to set up and was recognized immediately, and was easy to connect to Alexa as well. Overall, a good experience and the device has worked without a hitch.
