Oh my gosh! This camera is AMAZING! My laptop has a built in camera but Iâm an online teacher for VIPKID, Inteach English online to kids in China and I noticed that my camera had a grainy quality and was a bit shadowy. Someone in my teacher forum recommended this camera and I opted for the refurbished model due to price and previous experience (good) with refurbished products. I cannot believe how crystal clear this camera is!! It really does balance the lighting. I am so so pleased. Thank you very much!!

PC doesn’t recognize the cam
I purchased two of these. One worked as expected with no issues. The other shows as a “USB Cam” and will not work with any software and it was tested on 7 different PCs. The item was renewed so I was hoping for the best but expecting the worst. I was not going to leave a review but since I have to go through the trouble of returning the item I will go through the trouble of writing this review. I’m giving it 3 stars because of the one that works with no issues.
