When I originally purchased this switch, it didnât work for me and I returned it. I didnât realize it but the Company reached out via messages to see if there was anything they could help troubleshoot. When they didnât hear back, the Company sent a follow up, which was when I saw both messages for the first time. After I responded that the switch didnât work for me and I had returned it, they offered to send me a replacement at no cost. I was hesitant because the first switch hadnât worked but accepted. Fast forward, the switch works great! Quickly and easily paired with the Tuya Smart app. Iâm able to schedule the group of lights to turn on/off individually and as a group. Works great with Alexa. I hadnât realized before purchasing but when the lights are off, thereâs a slight blue glow for each button to make them easier to see in the dark. Itâs nice. Only thing Iâm not thrilled about but it isnât a big deal is when the lights are turned on/off, the switch makes a clicking sound. Iâd prefer there be no sound but itâs not a deal killer.As a side, I discovered that the original switch I returned may not have worked due to user error during install. Ooops.I would purchase this switch again and actually almost purchased the 2 gang light except these are only single pole and the existing 2 switches that would be replace are 3 way. Hoping they come out with a 3-way version so my switches can match!

Works Great and Didn’t Need to Install Another Phone App
This was an easy physical install, and I was able to pair it with the app I installed for Avatar smart swiches and plugs. I am happy with the Avatar stuff, but they did not have a double switch. After I installed the app for this switch, I noticed it looked identical to Avatar’s so I checked and it paired just fine.

The only reason it gets 4 star is becoz of short wire that comes with the switch else I would have given 5 star.See the image what I had to deal with n having short wire with switch did not help but I somehow manage it. ðInstructions are simple if you have done electrical work in past. App is simple and easy to add switch to app. Simple App allow easy access to manage switch.Overall good product and must have if you doing smart home to manage ur home needs. The wifi switch is an open line of sight 20 feet away and this switch will not stay connected.Nothing else at our outdoor kitchen has a problem staying connected, including our phones which show FULL wifi bars.Of course the return window closed a few days ago, so Iâm stuck with this garbage.Iâd strongly suggest purchasing a different brand.
