    Excellent locking receptacle
    One of these receptacles is mounted under an eave three stories above our patio — where it’s very difficult to get to. Its for a large LED floodlamp and should the need arise to service that lamp, the lamp simply plugs in rather than being permanently wired. A normal receptacle wasn’t used because the plug could eventually work its way loose and fall out.Tip: If mounted in an inconvenient place such as an eave, insert a NEMA L5-15P plug and twist to lock — into both receptacle outlets before installing. When new, this receptacle can be quite stiff for the first few insertions, and you don’t want to be fiddling with that once installed.
