This Lightstrip is Addressable (RGBIC), which means it’s capable of showcasing multiple colors along the strip at the same time! Non-addressable (RGB) lightstrips on the other hand, can only display one color at a time along the entire strip.

Important Mounting Tips!!
These lights give your TV that 3D âpopâ feel.Important Mounting Tips: I have a Samsung 65â 7-series. I didnât want to use the adhesive backs on these lights because if ur alignment is off and u need to pull adhesive off, it looses some strength.My workaround? Most TV backs are black. So get some black 3M Temflex Vinyl Electrical Tape. As you outline âpathâ for your lights, place tape over every other RGB connection (the part thatâs soldered) and tape starting from the outside of TV edge working inward. This allows you greater flexibility to adjust if u see that your lights are crooked. Now, once you have all your tape in place pulled tightly, next cut off excess tape. I did this by finding the shortest piece of tape I used on the back of my Samsung on EACH SIDE that was long enough to still hold light strip in place. From there, I took a ruler and sharp utility knife and gently went over the excess tape til it perforated, making sure to avoid marks or damage on the back of TV. Discard excess tape.Now the back of the TV, though it will not be seen â¦it looks very clean and professional.Depending on size of your TV, could take up to up to hour, hour and half (MMV). The end result, as u see, is worth it. Take your time. Youâll be glad u did.My lights look great on my Samsung 65â. Now I can mount TV on my wall.Hope this review helps./Bklynð

Good Backlight with some minor issues
This backlight worked well with my 55″ TV. There are areas of the LED strip with no lights that are meant to be transitions around the corners. Those did not line up very well with my TV, but it’s workable. I agree with other reviewers that it’s brightest setting isn’t very bright, but it’s perfect for my room.I did not have any issues with the remote or the app. Both seem to control the light very well and it’s pretty responsive. The “receiver” module is blocked by the TV so that could cause some issues with the remote, but I haven’t seen any.The LEDs do randomly come on for a few seconds every now and then even when the TV is off. My TV does go to ‘standby’ mode though, so maybe there’s just enough power fluctuations to cause them to come on. It’s very brief, but I could see this being annoying if your TV is in a bedroom.Overall, good value for the price.

So I’ll just say this: I absolutely love these!For the price, it was definitely an awesome buy for what I was looking for. I have a smaller TV which has been a pain trying to find this stuff for. The adhesive I was wary of at first, but it’s sticking well. It just hooks into the USB on the back of your TV and they’ll power on once the TV is on. They’re bright, the remote works well, and they give my TV that pop I was looking for!Also, there’s different settings. You can have solid colors, or a jump where they’ll change colors (2 settings), or where they’ll fade to the next colors (2 settings). And… These actually respond to sound (excuse my excitement in the video – was not expecting it to actually work) and will change to the beat of the music! Also for those who have a mic on their remote (Roku, Firestick), they also respond to your voice if they’re set to the sound/music setting which is pretty funny!Definitely a great buy, I love them – definitely worth it! 100% would buy more!

PLEASE READ ENTIRE REVIEW.. Easy to install. Iâve had another brand before but this one seems to have way more functionality to it. Fits my 75inch tv..UPDATE⦠within 24 hours this LED strip actually shorted out my TV and caused it to not work in its entirety. My TV was working just fine prior to the LED strip and after putting the stops on and plugging in, the next morning my screen turned grainy like a no signal with a bunch of colors then turned off and never turned on again. Had to buy another tv because of it. People may say thatâs not the reason why the tv started to not work but it happened 24 hours after install and was working just fine prior. Even tried u plugging everything letting it sit and still no working tv

Love these lights…but…
I love these lights – it brightens up the TV area and looks great! They were easy to setup and have stayed put for several months now. I had no issues with it coming on and turning off when I turned the TV on/off (note, if you turn the TV off, it takes a few minutes for the lights to turn off). If you do a hard reset (prolonged off push) then the lights turn off immediately. However…ever since installing I started to have issues with my TV connecting to WIFI. I switched to YouTube TV and use apps for various stations, so this was naturally a huge issue. It seemed that the issue was isolated to this TV (all other TVs and devices were connected seamless to our WIFI without any issues). So last week I unplugged the lights from the TV’s USB port and I have not had any issues connecting since then. I plan to just put the lights on a timer connected to the wall socket behind the TV so I still have the effect, but it just won’t be synced to when the TV is on/off.
