    Good value for the product
    The UltraPro Wi-Fi Smart Dimmer, 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, QuickFit & SimpleWire, 3 Way Dimmer is an excellent product. It was a good value to purchase. In fact, the Wi-Fi controlled dimmer is about the same price as an LED dimmer that is not controllable. Easy to install for most untrained individuals and functions as advertised. We don’t like to leave our front porch lights on when we leave the house and know we won’t return until evening. One, it’s a waste of electricity and two, it indicates to persons with possible nefarious intent that nobody may be home. We also don’t like to return home to a dark front door. People shouldn’t be paranoid but they should be aware. This remote dimmer allows us to turn on our porch lights at dusk from our cell phone using mobile data. I had some difficulty getting the unit to sync to our Wi-Fi signal after it was wired until I chose to do such manually. I tried three times to perform a sync using the automatic process to no avail. Once it synced with our Wi-Fi, it is controllable by my cell phone. It performs a full range of dimming of all lamp types, Incandescent, Compact Fluorescent and LED. The line and load contacts are interchangeable so you don’t even have to necessarily know which conductor is which except for the neutral and ground which are readily identified by the color of the jacket of the wire or no jacket which denotes a ground wire. That’s an excellent feature for novice wiring individuals as most other dimmers, if you wire them backwards, it could damage the dimmer. In the very least, it will not function. That problem is eliminated with this device. I would strongly encourage that this device be installed with the circuit de-energized so as not to damage the unit or harm the installer. I would also like to point out that you should not install the wall plate until you have completed syncing the unit to your smart phones. It is also compatible with Alexa and a few other systems. I ended up removing the wall plate after I got the switch wired and into the wall as you need access to the front of the unit in order to perform a sync. Overall, we are very pleased with the product. Thank you.

    GREAT product!
    I was worried when I first ordered this because of the negative reviews. (I’m not an electrician or someone good with DYIs.) I have zero background in electrical work and I was genuinely worried if I was either going to shock myself or burn my parents house down… well, neither happened.I followed the provided instructions, scanned the QR code and watched one of their install clips on youtube. BAM!!! 20 min later I brought my parent’s house into the new age. easy to install, just follow the instructions, watch the clip and download the app. very straight forward, now I’m able to monitor their lights without having to drive over there. (the app allows you to set up a schedule so everything is automatic.

    Lasted just over two months.
    Fairly easy to install and integrates with Alexa without any issues, but this last just over two months and stopped working. Because of this lack of quality, I would not recommend this to anyone, keep your money.

    Works well with Alexa, but not as standalone!
    These are decent if you just want to use Alexa (or other smart home product) to control them, but as a standalone switch, they are horrible at making any adjustment to the brightness. I called support and they told me that is the way they are and if you want a good manual switch then get the z-wave versions. This is what their support told me! Also, I have 6 of these installed and 1 just died right after the 1-year warranty expired. I replaced it with an Enbrighten Z-wave dimmer and connected it to my Ring Alarm (which is z-wave) and all is well.

    Works great.
    I have only had it for a day, but so far so good. The dimming part works okay, which it could go lower, but no really a problem in my setting. The app is a little buggy one needing to refresh by going in and out to see changes on schedules, etc. However it does work. The installation was easy a little challenging on the pairing but all worked okay at the end.

    Very happy I found these
    I had originally installed a different brand of smart toggles. However, after several dimmers continuously lost their wifi connection or 3-way dimmers that didn’t work from the non-load switch until reconnected to the internet, I finally decided to replace them with these UltraPro dimmers. I am so glad I did! I’ve had them for nearly a month now and not one connection issue (which happened every week with the EVA LOGIK). These are are well marked and were super easy to connect, and being shallower, much easier to get into the electrical box. For 3-way connections, though you don’t have to use them, I love the companion switches that match in style and function, instead of having to use the old school non-load switches (which these can use as well. In fact, if you do use their companion switch note that you need to change a setting in the 3-way switch via the software to indicate you are using a companion switch, which isn’t in the instructions you get with the companion switch, but should be. Note also that the “Embighten” Companion switch works with these which isn’t obvious.) The software has some awesome features like a double and triple push of the switch up or down, allowing me to program turning on and off other lights which is super handy. Very well designed and had great live phone support when I had a question (the companion switch didn’t work so called and found out about the setting that had to change as stated above). Love these!

    Sur un total de 10 interrupteurs installés depuis 1 an, 3 d’entre eux ont été défectueux soit lors de l’installation ou quelques mois après suite à une panne de courant de mon fournisseur d’électricité. Donc très fragiles . Dommage parce qu’ils sont vraiment de bonne dimension comparativement à d’autre de compagnie compétitif.
