    Great Camera – Easy set-up and install
    My first observation was for a camera with the listed technical specifications, it was a great value for the money. When I opened the box, I was pleasantly surprised to find the instructions easy to read and follow (not tiny and difficult to read and follow). I was also pleased to find a USB power cord that was long enough for most installations. The overall set-up process was easy and uneventful.Pairing the Cinnado D1 camera to an existing Wansview Cloud account was simple and easy. Follow the instruction and in under 5 minutes the camera is connected and visible in the Wansview Cloud app.The picture quality for daytime use is excellent; the 2k resolution is satisfactory for indoor use. I was impressed with the night vision; it was sharp and clear. I don’t use the two-way audio, so I don’t have any comment about it. I use the 24/7 video recording function, and it works as it should. The motion sensor works; there is some latency in the tracking, as with most security cameras.I have installed a number of the Cinnado D1 cameras with installations in New York and Florida. The size of the D1 camera is compact and quite desirable; it is small, unobtrusive and easy to install. The Wansview Cloud app works fine. Since I monitor cameras from various manufacturers, I use Blue Iris for monitoring the various model cameras. The D1 camera within Blue Iris is easy to monitor and record using the available 24/7 live-stream video.The best part of my Cinnado experience was the Customer Service. THEY ARE RESPONSIVE AND PERSISTANT! I sent several e-Mails with my issues. Each time I received a response overnight; the response was always complete and thorough.They also were persistent with their follow-up e-Mails to ensure that my issues were satisfactorily resolved. My technical issues dealt with the streaming video settings for Blue Iris. Their information was complete and accurate. THANK YOU FIONA, FOR YOUR HELP AND PERSISTANCE! This is the way GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE!

    I am so pleasantly surprised with how good these cameras work considering the affordability! I bought these to use as a new baby monitor because I was spending a fortune and they would last about a year! We’ve had these for a few weeks now and hoping they have longevity to them!They connected without issue for me and they cover a lot of area, the picture quality both daytime and night vision are great! I love that they can rotate 360 degrees and can be mounted or stand free. They have a record feature which is awesome! I haven’t set up the cloud storage (not sure if I want it) but I looked into it and was surprised how cheap it was! I love how simple the app is to use making set up a breeze as well as having so many features.The only things I would change is maybe a slightly better sound, I can hear mostly everything fine but sometimes it’s a tad quiet depending on where the kids are in the room but it does not disrupt me being able to hear enough of what’s going on and most of the time it’s of no issue. I love that you can share the camera viewing with people and can allow and disable certain features for other users however there isn’t an option to let users move the camera around which I would like for my husband to be able to do. I also wish there was an option to rotate between cameras automatically instead of having to back out and choose a different room but it isn’t a major issue just would make it easier for me as a mom and using them as baby cameras at night also.Overall I’m thrilled with these cameras and I think they are incredible all around!

    Excellent Clarity, Easy to Install and Operate, Great Value
    These were my first security cameras ever, other than Google Nest and Arlo video doorbells. They are high quality with great clarity of image. I am not technically inclined, so I really wanted ease of use and installation. These were very simple to install and use. They use the Wansview app, which is easy and intuitive. The customer support is excellent, very timely and helpful for any questions. Set up took just a few minutes.I found these to be a great value. Because of the price point, I could purchase more cameras providing extensive interior coverage. I receive motion alerts via the app on my phone and watch. I have some pointed outdoors and the clarity remains superb in the daytime, but the glass glare blocks the image at nighttime. That’s not an issue because I also got the same brand’s exterior cameras and they also are great and work superbly at night.I also wanted a system that did not require a cloud based storage subscription or other recurring cost. These are perfect for that using the free Wansview app. A console function allows the camera to move vertically and horizontally. The viewing range is quite wide. From motion detection to alert, the time lapse is just a few seconds. The motion detection can be adjusted from very sensitive to not sensitive. They don’t record 24/7, but that was not a feature that I needed nor wanted to pay for.The sound when the device speaker is activated is very clear. Likewise, the microphone from the app to the device is very clear. That is useful to supervise children or talk to delivery people.Overall, I appreciate the value, great images, ease of installation and ease of use. With such good quality and results, at this price point, I was able to provide a much greater span of surveillance coverage than I had thought possible with my budget. These are great for keeping an eye on children or pets inside the house, as well as providing greater peace of mind for home security.

    I bought this item to keep an eye on my cats whilst I was away for a week. It worked really very well, it was good at tracking their movements, I just wanted to make sure they were eating and drinking enough to put my mind at rest. They are a year and a half old youngsters from a feral mom, they don’t like strange people near them and I didn’t want to put them under any undue stress with a sitter, so this solution worked perfectly.This camera has an interactive microphone and speaker, (what a fun idea) my cats were most disconcerted with the disembodied voices 😊 The picture is clear and quite crisp in colour during the daytime and the infrared at night is very good. I was so impressed with it, that I bought another camera to go upstairs, I enjoy being able to see them playing or happily sleeping on the bed.Warning! I unfortunately attached the second camera to a plug-in multi-USB wall charger and not the one it came with ( I don’t know why I did this, ho hum) and the camera stopped working an hour after I left for the airport (aarrgghh), it works perfectly fine with the charger it came with now though, so don’t make the same mistake as I did!Definitely recommend this camera, good quality and its easy to set up, the software is nicely laid out and no programming skills are needed for using it lol

    Diese Kamera macht genau was sie soll und wozu sie angeschafft worden worden ist. Das anschliessen ist kinderleicht, positionieren und das einbinden in die App geht innerhalb von 2-3 Minuten. Die Bildqualität der Überwachung ist einwandfrei und das umschalten in den Nachtmodus sieht man in dem Video. Auch im Dunkeln kann man alles gut erkennen. Der Bewegungsmelder funktioniert im hellen sowie im Dunkeln und meldet wenn jemand durch das Bild geht oder sich etwas bewegt, die Intensität kann eingestellt werden, damit es nicht schon bei Lichteinfall einen Alarm gibt. Jeder Alarm zeichnet ein kurzes Video auf, was für eine gewisse Zeit zu Verfügung steht. Mikro und Lautsprecher reichen vollkommen aus. Der Wendekreis, plus hoch/ runter Navigation funktioniert auch tadellos. Auch die Mitnahme in das Ferienhaus, einbinden in das WLAN um das Hundeverhalten zu überwachen funktionierte wie erhofft. Fazit: eine preiswerte Kamera mit guten Features, einfaches einbinden, selbsterklärend App, gute Alarmfunktion. Man kann hier nicht viel Falsch machen.

Vision nocturna, buena calidad, facil de manejar, tamaño muy bueno, apenas pesa… en la app de puede incluir 4 camaras, las pueden ver 3 personas autorizadas, se puede invertir la imagen.Si quieres una camara barata con muy buenas prestaciones.. esta es la ideal.Como pega, le incluiria un soporte para ponerla en la pared.
