    Bye bye Blink, “hello” to eufy!
    TL;DR: with this eufy doorbell, you get premium features, fast connection, and dual cameras without a subscription! Plus, a huge amount of cameras, sensors, and add ons available to expand your security system as your needs change. Love it!—————I was very unhappy with the loooooong load times of my blink doorbell and cameras, so I started researching alternatives. I’m a techie, so I’ve owned several video doorbells over the years: Ring, Ring Pro, Nest “hello”, Blink, and now eufy. IMO, the eufy combines the best features of all of these cameras, plus even more innovative features.First, I found out eufy is an Anker company, which I know is a great value for dollar company from my several purchases of Anker products over the years. Next, no subscription required, which is what I loved about the Blink cameras. Human detection plus familiar face and package recognition like the Nest/Google doorbell. The eufy also has a stable and fast connection, unlike my experience with Ring products – which was not good. I liked the eufy doorbell so much, I ended up replacing all of my blink cameras with eufycam 3c’s and I’ve been extremely happy with the change!PRO: FAST connection! I can connect to a live view in literally 3-4 seconds vs 15-20 on my Blink doorbell. Rechargeable battery or wired installation options. Dual high quality cameras to see my entire front entryway w/ video quality clearly better than Blink and on par or slightly better than Google/Nest IMO. Options for infrared night vision or LED lighting for color night vision. Package protection feature (optional) to deter theft. Familiar face, package drop off/pick up, vehicle, and pet recognition (some only if linked with Homebase 3) and can be backed up automatically to local storage via the chime or Homebase 3 accessory. Amazing expansion options with some pretty amazing features when paired with other eufy cameras or sensors: like triggering certain cameras if a sensor is tripped, triggering alarms (built into many of their cameras), turning cameras on/off using home/away mode automatically via geofencing, tracking movement across multiple cameras, weekly security reports, etc. Pretty incredible IMO for a system you buy once with zero subscription, since most others make you subscribe to unlock “premium” features that don’t even compare to eufy.CON: expensive but on par with other premium options like Google or Ring Pro, no Apple HomeKit integration (yet, if ever), and the doorbell is large compared to most others.

    Seems to work perfect
    I love that this doorbell has two cameras. Before I had a different brand which only had one camera on its doorbell so I had to have two cameras one is the doorbell on one set outside on the ground but this solves that problem because it has two cameras on the doorbell itself so no other cameras needed.I also love that you can zoom in on the videos which is a great feature. I also like that the video clips are organized separately by day. It also records very well at night. I am in an apartment complex so I do not use the motion detected flood lights and I like that I have the option to turn them off and not use them.And the best part is that there is no subscription needed. And it records over the little mini discI think this is the best product out there and everyone should get one 🙂 especially if renting because if you get off Amazon a doorbell holder that holds the doorbell onto your front door then no drilling holes is needed.

    Better than what we are told is the best
    I have been using a Google nest doorbell camera. I have one on my front door and one at the side door. As I travel and try to view the cameras they never seem to connect and time out. As a network technician I know it’s not my network. After notifying Google and getting no help I decided to make the switch to e u f y. I have the home base along with it and must say it is very easy to install. The picture quality and sound quality are excellent. Battery life seems to be tremendous! And I like the feature that as you come near the camera it lights up the walkway making it easy to both walk and open the door with your keys. Setting up notifications makes it convenient and facial recognition is a wonderful feature. I am very impressed and unlike Google doorbell cams I like the chimes that I can make ring in my house so I know when somebody rings the doorbell.

    I love my Eufy Doorbell
    I love my Eufy doorbell, but the doorbell chime that came with it did not work. When I called Eufy customer service, they could not get it to work either, so I had to return the chime. But as far as the actual doorbell, I love it! It looks exactly as described, narrow, very sleek and modern looking and I love that I do not have a monthly subscription like I did with the Ring doorbell, and I love the way it lights up at night when someone comes to the door. The camera and recorded video are crystal clear. I also like the two cameras where I can see the person as well as when there is a package at my door. I highly recommend the Eufy doorbell.

    Disappointed to say the least
    Expected something great, but it was nothing but, hard to connect, even just a few feet from the wireless router, and the split view is really a bad idea

    Doorbell works good,chime not so much
    Purchased this set doorbell works fine. App is straightforward. Chime does not go off. If motion is detected at front door only goes off if button is pressed on the doorbell. I thought the chain was defective Reached out to eufy support. Return for repairs received new unit with the same issue. Chime app settings Does not have adjustment for motion detection only ringtone and volume. All and all good units The picture quality and video quality are excellent fast in phone Notifications. No subscriptions service is also a plus. but disappoint with that one feature. also, no chime needs Memory card to fully function!
