Got this for my mother as her doorbell didnât work and she couldnât hear it in parts of her house. The doorbell and chime but charge with usb C cables that are included. The chime can be placed anywhere thatâs most convenient for your home. My mom thinks itâs great and now enjoys seeing whoâs at the door and can hear the doorbell ring.

Wonât pair to Wi-Fi, will not work
I purchased two of these for my front and back doors. The reviews were all good, albeit only a few of them were posted, but for the price I decided to give it a try. I just spent the past 3.5 hours trying to get these cameras to pair to the app to no avail. My internet and Wi-Fi are both working perfectly with excellent strength. Both cameras say that the pairing time is timing out, and the app says to put the devices closer to the router, even when I literally have placed the doorbell cameras on top of my router after scanning the QR code. There is no customer service number to call, only an email for support and I have yet to receive a response. NOT PLEASED.

This is exactly the doorbell security camera I wanted. It will record a footage when someone passing by and the cloud storage is free. It also comes with a paired doorbell you can put inside the house, no need other supporting devices. Recommend it!

Would not connect to my wifi – continual error messages. Cheap units might work in China but did not work here. Amazon really needs to do quality control before allowing every seller out there to put up inferior products.Changed from 1 to 2 stars as the return and refund process were easy. Seller was kind, but that does not change the fact that this item did not work and would not connect through wifi despite following directions that came with it.
