    Work great, good app.
    Works great, easy set-up, the app is used by lots of 3rd party vendors, so I already had it installed, finding the sockets was easy, names you give them on the app push though to Alexa, so I was able to have it out of the box and my plugs set up and added to the group they were supposed to be in in Alexa in about 3 minutes from opening the box.

    Nice, work well. May not be allowed by your local fire inspector if used commercially.
    I like these. They work well. I’m not sure as a business if the fire inspector will allow them as multiplug adapters are generally frowned upon in commercial applications.

    Two is better than one.
    After owning them Wemo versions which are only one plug, and sometimes the older stock would actually block the whole plug. This is a good choice however, the Wemo have been having constant problems lately so these work better than Wemo.

    Dead in 2 month of use due to low quality components
    This is the 3rd one dead and finally opened it up to inspection failure points, which is a dead capacitor. Functions well other than this defective short life. The unit worked great, then one day just stopped and not connected, the blue led indicator would flicker but not switching on even when push the control buttons. This is very much repeated for multiple units that are out of return window.

    Adds 3 devices
    When you add these, it adds three devices. Plugs 1 and 2, and the overall device. I haven’t really found it all that necessary to have two independently controlled plugs next to one another, and because you add all of the plugs to the same group, it’s easy to put them in the wrong state by running your finger down the list. I haven’t experimented with deleting either the individual outlets or the dual control one yet to see if it leaves the others. These seem to have a little more trouble seeing my WiFi than other brands. It’s enough that I use the front mounted buttons to just turn things off. The buttons are small and close together, but not hard to find even with old, fat fingers.

    Heavy Duty Dual Smart Outlet to Control Most Power Devices Around The Home
    I have setup a number of these type devices for myself and a couple of ‘Non-Tekke’ friends. They can be challenging. The interface is more difficult to navigate than most that I have setup. Not awful, but could use some improvement. The build quality seems substantial and the higher current rating is the reason I ordered them. I have burned up a couple of lighter duty devices but so far, these are holding up well. They work with Alexa well, so overall, I would say that if you need a heaver duty outlet, go for it. These seem to be able to handle the heavier loads.
